Dr Karen Roberts has been CEO of The Kemnal Academies Trust since September 2013. 

Karen has been a successful Headteacher of two secondary schools in Kent and East Sussex. She was described by Ofsted as an “outstanding and inspirational leader”.

Karen’s commitment is to ensure that all 51吃瓜网pupils, regardless of the traditional barriers to success, have the opportunities and resources to achieve their academic and career aspirations within a safe, inclusive and ambitious environment.

Karen’s commitment is to ensure that all schools within 51吃瓜网are either Good or Outstanding.
